Thank you for shopping with Muslims On The Go. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

We provide FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas: 2–4 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Signature on Delivery

All orders require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind.

If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a collection notice and the parcel will be available for pickup at your local post office.

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Australia Post, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post; however, Muslims On The Go is not liable for lost or delayed parcels once they have been shipped.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a parcel is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:

A refund will be issued
Original shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
